Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This is a super easy and delicious snack that only requires a few ingredients. Roasted pumpkin seeds are great both right out of the oven and at room temperature. Try using different spices to give these a totally different flavor. Also, you can eat the outer shell/skin if you so choose.
