Apple Crisp Fake-Out
Yield: 1 serving
What You Need
1 apple, any variety {I use macintosh.}
pumpkin pie spice, to taste {I sprinkle on a generous amount.}
1 tsp. brown sugar
2-3 Tbsp. Special K granola {or any granola that you like}
What To Do
~ Wash apple. Peel if desired, then chop.
~ Place chopped apple into a microwave safe bowl.
~ Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
~ Top with granola and brown sugar.
~ Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until apple is soft.
