Fruit Smoothie

Nothing beats the taste of a cold, refreshing smoothie, especially when made exactly the way you like it. This recipe is easily customizable to fit your tastes. This makes a great, nutritious breakfast choice, snack, or even dessert.

Fruit Smoothie
from: my Mom and I
Yield: 1 serving

What You Need
handful ice cubes
6 oz. yogurt {I prefer Weight Watchers vanilla or white chocolate raspberry. I did not care for Greek yogurt in this recipe.}
frozen berries, to taste {I usually use blueberries and blackberries.}
splash of milk or orange juice
optional: 1 Tbsp. peanut butter and/or Nutella

What To Do
~ Place ice cubes in blender and allow to soften for about 10 minutes.
~ Add yogurt and berries and blend.
~ Add milk or orange juice and blend until combined and smooth.
~ Add peanut butter/Nutella if desired and blend until smooth.
~ Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
